Dress Code

Business attire is recommended for the formal sessions during Minerals Week and Black Tie or National Dress is recommended for the Annual Minerals Industry Parliamentary Dinner.

Shuttle Service

A complimentary shuttle bus service will operate between the Hotel Realm and Parliament House for the Annual Minerals Industry Parliamentary Dinner on Wednesday 2 June.   Buses will depart Hotel Realm at 6.15pm and return to Hotel Realm after dinner.

Cancellations

Cancellations received in writing by Friday 21 May 2010 will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made after this time will not be eligible for
a refund, however, a replacement registration will be permitted.
